God speaks to us; some more than others. For me, He speaks through visions, dreams and at times, I actually hear His voice so clearly. For years I've been battling with all sorts of issues. There's been times I have been strong and other times weak, but He managed to keep me here. I have been celibate waiting on a good man after the loves of my life were taken. Then there were times I was simply frustrated with waiting and settled. Never settle my friend;in business or personal relationships. I am on a new journey. I will be getting rid of a lot of unhealthy and unmeaningful things the next few weeks. It's going to be trying, but I know through Christ, all things are possible. Stand firm on His word and you will prosper. The ACT!

Week 1:  Remove the Junk from my mind, body and spirit-replace it with positive thinking+healthy eating+His word=purity
